Look Good - Feel Good

  • Eat a well balanced diet

Facial Cleansing

  • Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser, using warm, not hot, water.
  • Follow up by massaging moisturizer appropriate for your skin type, into your skin.
  • Use a gentle scrub once a week, more if you have acne-prone skin.
  • General Skin Care

    • Daily use of a cream or lotion appropriate to your skin type will help your skin stay healthy and makes it look younger.
    • Using a skin scrub weekly will help make all your skin look clean and smooth and help it renew itself naturally.
    • Your skin may change with the seasons and conditions, be aware of changes and adapt your skin care regimen accordingly.

Foot Care

  • Keep nails clipped and cleaned to prevent ingrown toenails.
    • Rrefer to your podiatrist for proper procedure if you have any doubts.
  • Soak your feet when they are tired, painful, or swollen
